How to Make a Catfish Nugget

Material :

➪ 1 recipe batter catfish baso:
     catfish fillet as much as 500 grams
     50 grams of ice cubes
     1 1/2 tablespoons of salt
     1 teaspoon of sugar
     fried garlic 1 tablespoon
     fried shallot 1 tablespoon
     150 gram tapioca flour
     sesame oil of 1 teaspoon
     chicken eggs 1 egg
     1 teaspoon STPP
     1/2 teaspoon flavor
     warm water to taste
➪ 3 stalks of onion, sate and finely sliced
➪100 gr wheat flour
➪ Chicken egg 2 grains (shake off)
➪ 200 gram stem flour
➪dry oil to taste

How to cook :
➪ mix Baso dough with leek, stir until evenly distributed
➪ dough input in a 22 x 22 cm tin box plated with plastic
➪ the dough is steamed for 15 minutes then remove and refrigerate
➪ after that cut the dough nugget according to taste
➪ then roll over the flour, dip in the egg and roll in the powder until evenly flour
➪ fried until brownish yellow (serve)
